EN+ GROUP PLC announces Director's resignation

25 April 2019 - EN+ GROUP PLC (the "Company", "En+ Group" or, together with its subsidiaries the "Group"), (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL), a leading international vertically integrated aluminium and power producer, announces the following.

Philippe Mailfait, who has served as a director of the Company since September 2009, resigns from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") with effect from 25 April 2019.

Lord Barker, Executive Chairman of the Board, commented:
