SKY ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF 2011 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF GUARANTOR COMPANIES
British Sky Broadcasting Group plc ("BSkyB") announced today that the audited financial statements for the financial years ending 30 June 2011 and 30 June 2010 of each subsidiary guarantor in respect of its £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme have been posted and will shortly be viewable on the website of the National Storage Mechanism operated by the UKLA.
