Purchase of Shares by Employee Trust

Moore Street Securities Limited, the corporate trustee of the Henry Boot PLC Employee Trust ('the Trust'), has purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in Henry Boot PLC at £1.30 per share on 20 November 2012.

Following the acquisition, 546,364 Ordinary Shares in Henry Boot PLC are held by the Trust which it uses to satisfy the share requirements of the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Plans and Savings Related Share Option Scheme.
