EMPLOYEE SHARE TRUST MARKET PURCHASE PROGRAMME

 

 

The Company announces that the Experian plc Employee Share Trust has today commenced a programme of market purchases of ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company, to cover awards expected to vest and shares to be delivered under employee share incentive plans during the next six months.
