ARM Holdings PLC16 June 2006 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 16 June 2006 the followingordinary shares have been transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of anemployees' share scheme allotment. 8,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 50,000 ordinary shares at 22.00 pence per share 15,000 ordinary shares at 65.00 pence per share Following the above transfers of treasury stock, the Company holds 15,944,822ordinary shares as treasury shares.
