ARM Holdings PLC16 December 2005 ARM Holdings plc ("the Company") announces that on 16 December 2005, the following ordinary shares were transferred from treasury stock for the purposes of an employees' share scheme allotment. 14,000 ordinary shares at 43.75 pence per share 6,942 ordinary shares at 47 pence per share 8,007 ordinary shares at 49 pence per share 9,399 ordinary shares at 70 pence per share Following the above transfer of treasury stock, the Company holds 12,671,107 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
