Fulfilment of Performance Target re Employee Incentive Arrangement
Impax Asset Management Group plc today announces that the Company performance target in relation to its Employee Incentive Arrangement has been successfully achieved for the financial year ended 30th September 2010.
Accordingly, and in the light of its assessment of individuals' performance, the Company's Remuneration Committee is shortly expected to grant awards in respect of 18.25 million of the Company's ordinary shares to certain of the Company's management and employees. A further announcement will be made confirming the granting of awards in due course.
