Employee Benefit Trust
The Restaurant Group plc was advised on 2 November 2009 by the trustees of The Restaurant Group Employee Benefit Trust (the potential beneficiaries of the trust being certain of the employees of The Restaurant Group plc including directors and PDMRs of the Company) of the acquisition of 268,000 shares at a price of 180.779p each on 30 October 2009.
The Employee Benefit Trust now has a beneficial interest in 5,041,257 ordinary shares representing 2.55 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
