DIPLOMA PLC - EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST DEALINGS

Diploma PLC (the "Company") has been notified today that Ogier Employee Benefit Trustee Limited, as trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), yesterday purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at an average price of 277.0 pence per share

The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.

Following these transactions the Trust now holds 844,512 shares, representing 0.70% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
