Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Hydrogen Group plc ("Hydrogen" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 10 May 2010 that on 7 May 2010, the Hydrogen Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 1,504 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 125.0 pence per Share.
Following this transaction the Trust now holds 803,026 Shares, representing 3.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
