Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
OpSec Security Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 26 August 2010 that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") sold 109,096 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 26 pence per Share.
The shares were sold to a number of the Company's employees.
Following these transactions the Trust now holds 5,291,429 Shares, representing 6.958% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
