Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

OpSec Security Group plc ("OpSec" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 10 March 2010 that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 2,887,625 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 20.0 pence per Share, in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.

Following this transaction the Trust now holds 4,824,676 Shares, representing

6.34% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
