Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Hydrogen Group plc ("Hydrogen" or the "Company") announces that it was notified on 23 April 2010 that on that day, the Hydrogen Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 120.0 pence per Share.
Following this transaction the Trust now holds 801,522 Shares, representing 3.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Shares held in the Trust.
