Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
Hydrogen Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 22 June 2010 that, on that day, the Hydrogen Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") purchased 341,880 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 117.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction the Trust now holds 1,144,906 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the Trust.
