Dairy Crest Group plc - Employee Benefit Trust Dealings

Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, as trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company over the period 26 - 28 June 2013 at an average price of 452 pence per share.

The purchases were made in order to cover obligations of the Trust under the Company's employee share schemes.

Following these transactions the Trust now holds 377,939 shares, representing 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
