Experian Group Limited15 June 2007 EXPERIAN GROUP LIMITED (THE "COMPANY") ELECTIONS FOR SECOND DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2007 The Company announced on 23 May 2007 a second dividend of 11.5 US cents perordinary share payable on 27 July 2007 to shareholders on the register ofmembers at the close of business on 29 June 2007. Shareholders are reminded that the final date for submission of: (a) elections to receive UK sourced dividends via the Income Access Share arrangement, and (b) elections to receive dividends in US dollars is 29 June 2007. In the absence of any such elections, previous elections or deemed electionswill remain in force. Shareholders who do not elect (or have not been deemed to elect) to receive UKsourced dividends through the Income Access Share arrangement are reminded thattheir dividends will be Irish sourced and subject to Irish dividend withholdingtax unless the Company's Registrars are in possession of a valid exemption formby 29 June 2007.
