Election of new Management Board member

New Appointment to the Management Board

The Board of Directors of JSC RusHydro (ticker symbols: RTS, MICEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX, RSHYY) has determined that 12 members will comprise Company's Management Board and elected Vladimir A. Kalamanov to the Management Board, effective from 1 September 2010.

Vladimir Kalamanov was appointed to position of Deputy Chairman of the Company Management Board by the decision of the Chairman of the Management Board Evgeny Dod.
