Herzeliya, Israel, 30 July 2012: Emblaze has chosen the United Kingdom as its Home State for the purposes of Directive 2004/109/EC (as implemented into English law on 20 January 2007) (the Transparency Directive) pursuant to Article 2.1(i)(ii) of the Transparency Directive and is hereby disclosing such election in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.4.2.
