EL1070 Update

Further to the interest swap on Exploration Licence 1070 (EL 1070) in Western Newfoundland that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, PDI Production Inc. entered into with Shoal Point Energy and Canadian Imperial Venture Inc ('CIVC') in November 2009, the Company would like to draw the attention of shareholders to the announcement issued by CIVC on the 14th January 2011 that operations have commenced on the Shoal Point 3K-39 well on EL1070.
