YooMedia PLC ("YooMedia" or the "Group") EGM Statement and Update regarding earlier announcement
Following today's EGM, YooMedia announces that all resolutions were adopted by shareholders.
On 2nd July 2007 the Group announced that it had entered into an option agreement with a Spanish based investment company, Kasei 2000, to dispose of the Group's subsidiary, The Gaming Channel Ltd.
The Group and Kasei 2000 have agreed jointly to extend the period of this option and to defer part of the option payment beyond 31 October 2007 to allow for a widened proposal which is being considered by the Group, and which may result in Kasei 2000 becoming involved in the Group as a whole.
The Group will update the market in due course.
