The Company has today received a requisition calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be held to remove Nicholas Ward from the board and to appoint Jonathan Lander and Nicholas Lander as directors. This requisition came from the nominee company through which Mr Lionel Thain, the former Chief Executive of the Company, holds his shares in the Company. The Company has 21 days to send notice of the required EGM to shareholders.
Since the Annual General Meeting on 14 January 2010, Nicholas Ward has been the sole director of DXR. The Company will be making a further announcement shortly in relation to board appointments to ensure the Company has an appropriately empowered board under the Articles of Association of the Company.
