Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in German residential real estate, has today made available to shareholders the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM Notice").

 

The EGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 5 May 2021 at 11:00am at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RT.

 

The EGM Notice has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
