Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) notifies today that its Board of Directors resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") on 26 March 2020 at 11:30 am Moscow Time.

The agenda for the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders comprises the following matters:

1. The early termination of the term of the current members of the Company's Revision Commission.

2. The election of a new Revision Commission of PJSC TransContainer.

The EGM will be held at the Company's offices, located at 19 Oruzheiniy pereulok, Moscow, Russian Federation.

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM is 3 March 2020.
