10th Anniversary Winners announced - eg operational excellence® awards 2012
Shortlisted finalists and other guests of eg solutions plc - the back office optimisation software company - gathered at The Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel, Warwickshire, on Friday 16 November to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the eg operational excellence® awards.
The awards offer an international benchmark of excellence within the industry. They showcase Companies and Teams who are transforming the back office, experience of customers and employees and demonstrate how real-time work management, forecasting & strategic planning and operational excellence can make a difference.
eg's CEO, Elizabeth Gooch, said "our awards recognise outstanding contributions made by individuals towards best practice use of the eg principles of operational management® and the eg software suite. Many people have been recognised over the past decade and we will continue to celebrate success for many more years to come".
The evening was attended by many of eg's clients including: Barclaycard, The Co-operative Banking Group, Capita, Legal & General, Geoban (Part of Santander Group), The West Brom, Nationwide Building Society, Wesleyan Assurance, BGL, DNB Livsforsikring from Norway and Silica from South Africa.
When announcing this year's winners, Tim Becker from eg - the evening's compere, - said: "The eg operational excellence® awards celebrate real achievements and reward the hard work and success of Team Leaders, Managers and their Teams.
