Effectiveness of resignations from the functions

07.06.2017 - Report 32/2017: The effectiveness of resignations from the functions performed by four members of the Supervisory Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna

In connection with the Current Report No. 2 of 13 January 2017 on conditional resignations of Gianni Papa, Massimiliano Fossati, Laura Stefania Penna and Doris Tomanek from the positions of members of the Supervisory Board and Current Report No. 16/2017 of 25 April 2017 on changing the conditions of resignations, the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 7 June 2017 UniCredit S.p.A. sold in total 86,090,172 (eighty six million ninety thousand one hundred and seventy two) shares of the Bank to the Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A. and Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., as a result of these resignations of Gianni Papa, Massimiliano Fossati, Laura Stefania Penna and Doris Tomanek from the positions of members of the Bank's Supervisory Board, became effective on 7 June 2017.

Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 p. 21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
