GAME Digital plc confirms effective date of Board changes

Further to the announcements made on 24 March 2015 and 6 May 2015, GAME Digital plc confirms that the appointment of Mark Gifford as Group Chief Financial Officer will take effect on 1 October 2015 and that Benedict Smith will step down from the same role with effect from 25 July 2015.
