eEducation Albert AB har beslutat att ställa in den extra bolagsstämma som var planerad att hållas den 12 januari 2026. Kallelsen till den extra bolagsstämman offentliggjordes genom pressmeddelande och publicerades på bolagets webbplats den 11 december 2025, i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar den 15 december 2025 samt i Dagens Industri den 17 december 2025.
Avsikten är att de föreslagna punkterna i stället ska behandlas vid ordinarie bolagsstämma den 24 april 2026.eEducation Albert AB cancels Extraordinary General MeetingeEducation Albert AB has decided to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting that was scheduled to be held on 12 January 2026. The notice to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting was disclosed through a press release and published on the Company's website on 11 December 2025, in Post- och Inrikes Tidningar on 15 December 2025, and in Dagens Industri on 17 December 2025.
It is the Company's intention that the proposed resolutions will instead be addressed at the Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2026.
