Edita Food Industries SAE announces that the Board of Directors Meeting of the Company convened on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 and unanimously resolved the following resolutions:

1. Approved the minutes of the previous Board of Directors Meeting (No. 124) dated 10/5/2017.

2. Approved the Board of Directors' report for the Company's activities for the financial period ended on June 30, 2017.

3. Approved the Auditor's limited review report for the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the financial period ended on June 30, 2017.

4. Approved the consolidated and standalone financial statements for the financial period ended on June 30, 2017.

5. The Board of Directors was updated on the latest developments on the E08 Factory.
