The Company has been notified by JY Trustees Limited that as trustees of the EMIS Group plc Employees' Benefit Trust they purchased 272,610 ordinary shares in the Company at 730 pence per share on 30 June 2014.

Following this purchase the EMIS Group plc Employees' Benefits Trust will hold 692,605 shares representing 1.09 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
