EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 7 October 2011 the Trust completed the purchase of 180,752 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £4.2685.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 1,190,689 ordinary shares representing 1.45% of the Company's current voting rights.
