EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 13 and 15 May 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £9.5236.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 678,353 ordinary shares representing 0.83% of the Company's current voting rights.
