EBT Share Purchase

The Company has today been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 1 November 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £11.4033.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 408,850 ordinary shares representing 0.50% of the Company's current voting rights.
