EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 18 February 2015 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £14.19 per share.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 415,405 ordinary shares representing 0.50% of the Company's current voting rights.
