EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 3 February 2014 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £11.595.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 558,119 ordinary shares representing 0.68% of the Company's current voting rights.
