EBT Share Purchases

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 30 September 2011 and 5 October 2011 the Trust completed the following purchases of ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company:

·; 132,875 shares at an average price of £4.3939 on 30 September 2011

·; 36,373 shares at an average price of £4.3598 on 4 October 2011

·; 150,000 shares at an average price of £4.32 on 5 October 2011

Following these purchases the Trust holds 1,009,937 ordinary shares representing 1.23% of the Company's current voting rights.
