EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 27 June 2014 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,061 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £11.57.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 678,180 ordinary shares representing 0.82% of the Company's current voting rights.
