EBT Share Purchase

The Company has today been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 1 and 3 October 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £10.4871.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 348,850 ordinary shares representing 0.43% of the Company's current voting rights.
