EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 12 and 16 July 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 126,825 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £10.0026.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 1,078,353 ordinary shares representing 1.32% of the Company's current voting rights.
