EBT Share Purchase
The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 12 July 2012 the Trust completed the purchase of 33 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £11.885.
Following this purchase the Trust holds 151,172 Ordinary Shares representing 1.38% of the Company's current voting rights.
The Directors of the Company are potential beneficiaries of Ordinary Shares held in the Trust.
