EBT Share Purchases

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 10 May 2012 and 15 May 2012 the Trust completed the following purchases of ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company:

·; 189,677 shares at an average price of £6.1812 on 10 May 2012

·; 153,500 shares at an average price of £6.1592 on 14 May 2012

·; 34,429 shares at an average price of £6.15234 on 15 May 2012

Following these purchases the Trust holds 937,045 ordinary shares representing 1.15% of the Company's current voting rights.
