EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 8 January 2015 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £12.776 per share.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 355,405 ordinary shares representing 0.43% of the Company's current voting rights.
