EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 3 December 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £10.9766.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 468,850 ordinary shares representing 0.57% of the Company's current voting rights.
