EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 1 and 5 July 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 73,175 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £9.72.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 951,528 ordinary shares representing 1.16% of the Company's current voting rights.
