EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Benefit Share Trust (the "Trust"), that between 3 and 5 June 2013 the Trust completed the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £9.5051.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 878,353 ordinary shares representing 1.07% of the Company's current voting rights.
