Dr. Martens plc (the "Company")EBT Share Purchase

The Company announces that it has recommended that FCM Trust Limited (the "Trustee"), in its capacity as trustee of the Dr Martens plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), purchases up to 10m ordinary shares of the Company in the market, with the purchases commencing as soon as is practicable.

The shares will be held on an unallocated basis for use in satisfying both current and future awards under the Company's employee share plans from time to time.
