EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by BWCI Group Limited, the trustees of the Galliford Try Employee Share Trust (the "Trust"), that on 2 March 2015 the Trust completed the purchase of 60,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company at an average price of £15.06 per share.

Following this purchase the Trust holds 475,405 ordinary shares representing 0.58% of the Company's current voting rights.
