ITE Group PLC28 March 2008 28 March 2008 ITE Group PLC ("ITE" or "the Company") ITE Group PLC has today received notification from HBOS Employee EquitySolutions, trustees of the ITE Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"),that they have purchased a total of 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at aprice of 141p per share, for the purpose of satisfying exercises under theCompany's employee share ownership schemes, using Trust assets. The Directors of the Company have an interest in the above shares by virtue ofthem being members of the class of beneficiaries of the Trust.
