Purchase of Shares by the Lupus Employees' Benefit Trust

Lupus Capital plc ("Lupus" or the "Company") was notified on 24 March 2011 by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the Trustee of the Lupus Employees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that, on 24 March 2011, the Trust purchased 172,461 shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 143.88p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the Trust holds 172,461 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 129,840,798 Ordinary Shares.
