Notification of Interests

The Company was notified today that on Friday, 11 December 2015 the Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ("the Trust") purchased 225,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company at a price of £9.768518 per share, for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Executive Directors and certain PDMRs of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof. This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
