Purchase of Shares by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust
Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, was notified on 25 October 2013 by Sanne Trust Company Limited, the Trustee of the Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that the Trust has made the following purchase of shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
